  • Anatomy & Physiology of Cardiovascular system
  • Practical training session on chest compressions
  • Management of Circulation, Airway, Breathing Anatomy & Physiology of Respiratory system
  • Practical training session on rescue breathing
  • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • CPR with 1 and 2 rescuers
  • Practical training session on CPR
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and it’s implementation
  • Recovery Position
  • Break Practical Scenarios (cardiac and respiratory arrest, conscious and unconscious casualty)
  • Bleeding and it’s management (DEPP)
  • Wounds and application of simple dressings
  • Aplication of simple splints
  • Burns (types, causes and classification)
  • Burns initial treatment
  • Eye injuries
  • Eye washing of foreign bodies and chemical splashes
  • Initial treatment of severe medical conditions
  • Personal and basic hygiene
  • Content of FA kit and how it is to be used
  • Post course practical assessment

 

Course duration: One day

Assessment: Written assessment and continuous observation by the trainer.

Certification: Successful candidates will receive “G&I Training Academycertificate in first aid which is valid for two years.
